- 2 tspturmeric powder

- 1 tbspcoriander powder
- 1 tspcumin powder
- 4 piecesgreen chilies, slit lengthwise
- 1 largetomato, chopped
- 6.78 fl ozcoconut milk
- 12 leavescurry leaves
- 1 tspnigella seeds
- 2 tbspfenugreek leaves, dried
- 2 tspsalt
- 1.07 ozcilantro, chopped
Instructions

Marinate fish with turmeric and salt for 15 minutes.

Heat mustard oil until smoking, then cool slightly.

Fry fish pieces until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.

In same oil, add nigella seeds and curry leaves.

Add onions and cook until golden brown.
