  • 1.1 lbsnew potatoes, halved
  • 6.78 fl ozheavy cream
  • 1.07 ozfresh dill, chopped
  • 2.14 ozbutter
  • 1 largelemon, juiced and zested
  • 2.71 fl ozwhite wine
  • 1 mediumshallot, minced
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  • 2 tbspcapers

    Boil new potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
