- 1.07 ozfresh dill, chopped

- 1 largelemon, juiced and zested

- 1 mediumshallot, minced
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1 tspsalt
- 1/2 tspwhite pepper

Boil new potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.

Season salmon with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in large pan over medium-high heat.

Cook salmon skin-side up for 4 minutes, then flip and cook 3 minutes.

Remove salmon and keep warm.
