    or substitute with paprika
  • 6 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 2 tspcumin, ground
  • 2.03 fl ozred wine vinegar
  • 3 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 2 earscorn, boiled and sliced
  • 3 mediumpotatoes, boiled
  • 4.07 fl ozaji verde sauce
  • 2.14 ozcilantro
  • 2 peppersjalapeño
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 3.39 fl ozmayonnaise
  • 2 tbsplime juice

    Cut beef heart into 3cm cubes, removing any tough parts.
