  • 3/4 cuplime juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/2 mediumred onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cupcilantro, chopped
  • 1 pepperají amarillo, minced (or jalapeño)
  • 2 mediumsweet potato, boiled and sliced
  • 1 cupcorn kernels, cooked
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
