    fermented bean paste
  • 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 tbspginger, minced
  • 3 stalksgreen onions, chopped
  • 6.78 fl ozchicken stock
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspcornstarch
  • 2 tbspwater
  • 1 tspSichuan peppercorns, ground
  • 2 tbspchili oil
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1/2 tspsugar
