- 3 clovesgarlic, minced
- 1 tbspginger, minced
- 3 stalksgreen onions, chopped
- 6.78 fl ozchicken stock
- 1 tbspsoy sauce
- 1 tbspcornstarch
- 2 tbspwater
- 1 tspSichuan peppercorns, ground
- 2 tbspchili oil
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
- 1/2 tspsugar

Heat oil in wok over high heat.

Add ground pork and cook until browned and crispy.

Add garlic, ginger, and doubanjiang. Stir-fry 1 minute.

Add stock, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to boil.

Gently add tofu cubes, simmer 5 minutes without stirring much.

Mix cornstarch and water, add to thicken sauce.
